Here is another shugo Chara OC her name is Haruka Sakurai. She is actually based off a friend of mine, This is for Howling-star15 Hope you like it. She looks just like her. Well I did use a reference for her in this image. Haruka has Two Charas. I'll edit the summary to put her Bio later once I get it ^_^
